Frequently asked questions
How do I secure my appointment?+
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to book, which is deducted from your total bill. Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule — cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows lose the deposit.
How long does lip blush last?+
It's normal to see some flaking and lightening while it heals, with final results settling in around 4–6 weeks. A top-up appointment keeps colour looking fresh.
How long does Botox take to work?+
Results develop over 3–14 days and typically last 3–4 months.
Is it safe?+
Yes. Emily is fully qualified and insured, and all treatments follow strict hygiene practices with sterile, single-use equipment.
What should I tell you before my treatment?+
Please let Emily know about any allergies, medical conditions or pregnancy before your appointment — treatment may need to be declined if it could affect your health and safety.
How do I pay?+
Cash and card are both accepted, with payment due at the end of your appointment.
